Our clients in Jordanhill were looking to create a contemporary design which would complement their Victorian property.

The Existing house is a beautiful victorian heritage home which required a senstive apporach to complement the character of the property but provide a fresh new space for modern living.

The build was executed with precision by ABC Construction who worked hard to complete the project much quicker than anticiapted and well within the client’s budget.

We proposed a flat roof design so as not to clash with the existing structures above and which would maximise daylight with large area of glazing and rooflighting.

We proposed a pale grey brick to the walls to provide a contemporary finish with would also form a rich textural backdrop to the garden.
