When we were asked to help this client, they required an architect’s design for a two storey side extension as well as a loft conversion and single storey rear extension to the property so it was quite a complicated and involved project. The designs also included a new bedroom and en-suite to the first floor and a new shower and WC on the ground floor along with a utility space and a kitchen extension. When we were tasked with this project we knew that we needed to use our expertise to ensure that the project was delivered seamlessly and within budget. Our challenge was to make the most of existing space that the house provided while providing the client with a cost effective solution.
