Allison Architects are often asked to develop designs for refurbishment and alterations of flats in the Glasgow Area.

The Brief

We were tasked with the transformation of a small tenement flat development. The property was in need of serious renovations, it was uninhabitable and un-mortgageable.

The Design

This one bedroom tenement flat was transformed into a two bedroom flat through creative design and using our expertise of making the most of every inch of available space.

We took the flat back to basics, rewired, re-plastered and installed a new kitchen and bathroom allowing the client to achieve a top price for this newly refurbished property.
