New Build House Designs, Perthshire

The Brief

Our Glasgow Architects were engaged to deliver unique and innovative house designs for one of our Developer clients.

This project involved the new build design of four properties for the client so we developed the optimum arrangement of the buildings on the site.

The houses had to have great views of the mountains therefore our Glasgow architects developed a design to have the houses on different levels to allow one to see over the other.

Each house would have four bedrooms and two living areas to make the most of the panoramic views.

South facing gardens and patio areas make the most of the available outdoor space throughout the day.

The Design Concept

The new build house designs proposed locally sourced Perthshire sandstone.

The stone was then combined with a wet dash render in antique white and as a result the houses retain a traditional feel.

The roof was done in natural slate and the windows are all timber double glazed to enhance this.

Our Architects in Glasgow achieved a classic style with a contemporary twists hear and there to give the house a very up-to-date feel.
