Allison Architects were asked to create an innovative new design to be located in one of Glasgow’s most iconic Art Deco Buildings.

Our Clients for the Beresford Lounge wanted us to develop a contemporary take on an art deco theme for their new bar restaurant and cafe.

The cafe is located to the front of the building. Our vision was to create a bright and welcoming, morning feeling for the space with a modern art deco vibe.

The first floor of the cafe also faces out onto Sauchiehall Street and carries through the same feeling of freshness and lightness for the daytime clientelle.

The Nightlcub design is ongoing. We have developed designs for the dance floor with a stage to incorporate a dj booth on the theme of the old jazz band stages of the 1930s.

We carry through the contemporary take on the Art Deco theme to crate a truly inique and luxurious nightclub experience quite unlike anything ever experienced in the 21st Century.
