Allison Architects have submitted a Planning Application to North Lanarkshire Council for a proposed residential development of 20 cottage flats at a site in Glenmavis on behalf of SIM Building Group Ltd.

Project Overview

The development comprising of 48no residential units for social housing provider Clyde Valley Housing Association comprises a mix of a flatted block, cottage flats and terraced properties.

Planning approval was granted by Committee on 28^th February 2020.
