Glasgow Architects, Allison Architecture were asked to carry out full architectural services for this second townhouse project in Kelvingrove Park area of Glasgow’s West End.

We developed designs for an upper triplex and lower duplex for this grand B listed townhouse.

We liaised with Planning, Listed Buildings and Building Control to take the project through all statutory permissions and successfully built and completed.

Both units were, again, quickly sold.
