Project Overview

For this Allison Architects Milngavie project we were asked to develop suitable designs for a two storey side extension to the property to create extra space for the growing family.

The Brief

The family required an additional bedroom and shower wc on the first floor and a garage with utility room to the rear on the ground floor

The Design

This project also demanded specific regulations relating to parking and we were required to collaborate with East Dunbartonshire council so that the project adhered to relevant regulations.
