Allison Architects were approached by the team at YAYAS to create a new fresh look for their new outlet in the St. Enoch Centre in Central Glasgow.

The Brief

YAYAS were looking for a completely new look which they can roll out across the country. YAYAS wanted a bright and inviting space with a high quality finish which would appeal to a broad clientelle.

The Design

We wanted to provide YAYAS with a fresh feeling space with the simplicity of a fast food sapce but with an upmarket appeal.

We introduced quartz corian for the counters and for the tops of the partitions, Polished plaster walls, orange coloured timber panelled partitiions with brass screens to give additional privacy to diners. We then added pops of yellow to create highlights.
